Hotel La Fontana is located in one of the most traditional corners of Guayaquil, downtown area in the banking district (a.k.a. “a well-guarded area”) just three blocks from Malecón 2000 and one block from 9 de Octubre, Hotel La Fontana is one of the best located hotels in the city. 

Hotel La Fontana is a small three-storey building that now enjoys the nice recovered ambience of the city. Considering its central location, the hotel is rather quiet. Just across the street is one of the stops for the Metrovía (Electric buses functioning in Guayaquil.), which runs from the bus terminal in the North direct to downtown and beyond.
